Very slow at the drive thru. Only attending to one customer at a time instead of having a good traffic flow to help speed up service. Hate using the drive thru for this reason. Seems like no one cares to improve the situation.

Used to love coming to this store but after today I won't. Today I went in for 2 gallons. The gallons on the shelf were dated for the 22nd. It's just me and another person drinking them, so 2 days is not long enough for us to finish two single gallons on our own, and we know this. I say 2 days because it is 5:30 PM, so today is basically over, leaving us with only the 21st and 22nd.The employee who took my order said she could not do a fresh pour, but I said a later pre-filled date would be fine. She went to the back, came out, and told me they could not do that because they did not have any further dates in stock. They offered a refund, however, I paid with a card and my bank already showed the transaction as processing. I refused a card reversal and asked for either cash or a gift card so I could just go to the other store in town.At that point, they said they had to call the manager. After waiting a few minutes, they came out with later-dated gallons for the 24th and said the manager told them to give us those. They completely lied about their stock numbers just to push old, expiring inventory onto paying customers.To make matters worse, after finally handing over the fresh stoc

Very impressive how the employees and management operate. They are really working hard to serve their customers. The manager offered to carry a water bottle 5 gallon to the car for a customer. He declined but she was really ready to do it. She also was wiping down the equipment and keeping it clean. Also being very friendly and respectful. I’m impressed!

As soon as you walk through the doors It’s starts off with acknowledgment. Always friendly greetings from entire team. They take care of you from beginning to end. I go several times a week and enjoy every experience.

I love this place! Anytime I'm in town its the 1st place I go. I always bring a cooler to take some back home. My favorite is the sweet coconut tea.
